Impulses
Life offers a simple truth
in which we’re equal, through and through:
We’re different always, tall or small -
and that shared truth makes rich us all.
in which we’re equal, through and through:
We’re different always, tall or small -
and that shared truth makes rich us all.

Life can be viewed from many sides —
here, we see the inside.

There Are People . . .
• who, with a single line and three dots, can paint a hundred pictures within us,
• who shape something that reminds us of our own beauty,
• whose singing lets us hear our own inner melody,
• who dance ahead of us toward our next stage,
• whose small gestures open space for greatness within,
• whose simple gaze answers all our complicated questions.
The secret of such people is their natural childlikeness.
Seek them out, absorb their expressions and receive gifts.
For everything they do is exactly that.

Why hide?

You already have everything you need to . . .

. . . be yourselfe.
Uplifting is something that . . .
. . . helps to become calmer

. . . clears away what is trivial within us,

. . . feeds what is best within us,

. . . let us experience what is old in a new way,

. . . shows us what we've overlooked,

. . . brings us from mere existence into present being,

. . . reconciles us with ourselves,

. . . invites us to more sensitivity and openness,

. . . encourages connection, understanding, world peace.

So how to continue now?
In silence.
-
A deep breath of non-thinking —
in which the heart itself breathes and speaks.
A clear, brief answer, a simple truth.
The beginning of a better time is not a new idea,
but the consideration of error in a moment of stillness.
There, where the heart answers freely.

Maturity reveals itself in
chosing freedom.

Perhaps we have always been good enough.
And everything else lies in our free will.

Completion is not when there is nothing left to add,
but when there is nothing left to let go.
Life gives everyone the same chance, for:
It is not achievement, but decision, that wins.

So rejoice, for you are far more wondrous and singular
than anything you have ever tried to “become.”

Wholeness already lies in natural being.
It does not need to appear perfect.
Naturalness is enough — for it uplifts.

Everything is special,
simply because it is.

Each being holds within a precious, untouchable worth.
Nothing can be added, nothing can be denied.

Real an unique,
nothing could be more precious.

Unfold your essence,
for you are more
than what you wear or bear.

Enfolded love carries us to the open.

Enfolded longs for connection.

We may discover and remember:
Harmony is life’s indestructible core.
Unfold your love — for it is you.
To love in your singular way, to be authentic,
to give joy, and to spark freedom in others —
here shines our truth.

Breathe with ease,
walk alongside,
honour uniqueness,
and flow with life.

Where you can give or receive goodness, linger.
Unfold your gifts where people rejoice with you.
Life means unwrapping gifts together in peace.
Whoever wishes, dance along in the great circle of generosity.
True abundance lies in being part of it.

A generous environment is not always made up of others.
Often, we ourselves are the safe space that we may offer —
even to ourselves.

Don't forget to fly.
Forget not to fly.

Fly free, soul,
and chart your own course.

Childlike being shows the wholeness already given.
“Tell me, little one, what will you become?”
“Why ask? I already am!”
“Yes, but later — in life.”
“Seen and loved.”

Widukind Pesch:
“Humans are not made for thinking.”
We can take in thoughts,
but we do not have to do so constantly.

“Speak less, communicate more.”
Words can describe. Feelings let us truly grasp.
“What you have once felt need not be doubted again.”
The mind always gets the consolation prize.
To feel is more —
it is everything —
it is life itself.

Do you feel (something) good
or something foreign?
Go back to the centre, to your inner light,
to your warming 'yes'.
There you find yourself
and feel good.

And no matter what your past looked like,
how often you have failed, . . .

. . . been disappointed or disappointed others, . . .
I, . . .

. . . now stand fully behind you
and help you move forward —
away from the foreign within.
And when you turn back toward your past,
I will stand between it and you,
nose to nose,
looking into your eyes,
singing:
“Unfolding!”
Good luck!
